What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Equine InStride purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that personalized items, digital products, and final sale items are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about a return, we're happy to help, just reach out through our contact page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Equine InStride proudly ships both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
When will I get my order?
In-stock orders: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Preorders: The estimated shipping timeframe for preorder items will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Because these products are made available before they're ready to ship, additional production time is required before your order can be fulfilled.
Ordering both in-stock and preorder items? If your order includes both in-stock and preorder products, everything will ship together once the preorder item is ready. This helps reduce packaging and shipping costs while ensuring your complete order arrives at the same time.
Are the horse show website and app available?
Not yet. The website and mobile app featured throughout Equine InStride are design concepts that originated as a user experience project focused on improving the horse show experience. While they are not currently available as live products, they represent the vision that inspired the brand. Looking ahead, we hope to collaborate with horse show organizations and equestrian partners to bring these ideas to life and create a more connected, organized experience for riders.
